Conduction of cost-benefit analysis individually for each pollutant and all the main pollutants together with the due account for the implementation of the provisions of the Gothenburg Protocol on critical loads and levels, their total impact on the components of the environment and human health

Elaboration of the draft Program of Actions to Reduce Main Pollutants Emissions (NOx, SO2, PM, volatile organic compounds (VOC), and ammonia) with the application of the Guidance document on control techniques for emissions of sulphur, NOx, VOC, PM (including PM10, PM2.5 and black carbon) from stationary sources, Guidance document on economic instruments to reduce emissions of regional air pollutants, and Guidance document for preventing and abating ammonia emissions from agricultural sources
